Shipping policy

Online orders are processed within 24 hours. We use USPS and offer a 2-day Priority Mail Service with tracking information. We offer Free Shipping on orders of $150+. If you’d like to purchase Express shipping or use another carrier, please select that option for an additional fee at checkout. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another confirmation email with tracking information when the mail service intercepts your order and it is awaiting shipment.

We are unable to redirect packages once they are en route to you. Please check your shipping addresses carefully when checking out. We are not responsible for any items missing during transit or misplaced upon delivery. If you are missing your package and tracking reads it as delivered -- please get in touch with your local USPS branch office or your carrier directly. 

If you’d like a Gift Note included with your purchase, please include the note in the Notes section on the checkout/cart page. We will add your note and gift wrap your order for shipment.
